Xft support

Description

This patch provides Xft support to dmenu, thereby allowing use of anti-aliased fonts and more. Fonts are specified using the standard Xft syntax:

<family>-<size>:<name>=<value>

For example, 28pt Sans:

dmenu -fn Sans-28
